Because the methodology used to create ratings for Office types has been updated with new CBECS data, is it harder to qualify for an ENERGY STAR label?
Has the eligibility requirement for parking garages changed (i.e., a parking garage's gross floor area cannot exceed 100% of the building's gross floor area) and, if so, will my garage need to be on a separate meter or sub-meter?
